Brief Bio: Rebeca received her post-doc degree in Ayurveda at Sai Ayurvedic College of Miami. She has extensively studied Ayurvedic psychology, Inside Out Learning Ecosystem (OILEE). Rebeca is an RYT 500 with over 800 hours of training with over ten years of teaching experience teaching various modalities of yoga, including hot-power, Vinyasa, and Hatha. She is a licensed massage therapist specializing in Craniosacral Therapy and a Reiki Master and certified Reiki instructor.
