Rebeca Rodriguez Natera

Doctor of Ayurveda - Yoga Teacher - Licensed Massage Therapist - Reiki Mastera

Rebeca received her Doctorate degree in Ayurveda at Sai Ayurvedic College of Miami and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Vayu University. She has extensively studied Ayurvedic psychology, Inside Out Learning Ecosystem (OILEE). This system allows the individual to understand the structure that created their subjective experience. She frequently visits Kerala, India, where she works closely with an Ayurvedic doctor. She obtains firsthand experience monitoring Ayurvedic treatments given to patients as well as providing post-treatment follow-ups.

She also incorporates the key objectives of Ayurveda into her yoga curriculums. She teaches clients about maintaining balance in all three doshas and how to lead a healthy lifestyle and has been doing so for over nine years. She is certified and teaches various modalities of yoga, including hot-power, Vinyasa, and Hatha. Her diverse skill set allows her teaching methods to adapt to the students’ needs.

Rebeca is an RYT 500 with over 800 hours of training with over ten years of teaching experience. She is a licensed massage therapist specializing in Craniosacral Therapy. Rebeca is a Reiki Master and a certified Reiki instructor.
Before focusing on her Ayurvedic studies, she graduated with honors (summa cum laude) with a Master’s degree in Social work from San Francisco State University, California, with a minor in philosophy.
