Graduates of the Ayurvedic Health Counselor program will be qualified to conduct Ayurvedic lifestyle consultations, provide nutrition recommendations, and teach the basic principles of Ayurveda. This program serves as the pre-requisite to continue your studies towards the Ayurvedic Practitioner certification.

Our Ayurvedic Health Counselor program includes:

  • Combination of presential and online classes via Zoom.
  • Classes held every month during a complete weekend: Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
  • Development of comprehensive clinical cases supervised by our faculty.
  • Sanskrit online workshop.
  • Access to our Educational Platform which provides additional resources and guidance to complement your learning experience.
  • Students completing the first-year program will be awarded the distinction of Ayurvedic Health Counselor and will be eligible for professional registration with the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals in North America (AAPNA).
  • Graduated students will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and gain clinical experience attending our three-week internship in India - fees not included in tuition.

  2. AY 102: Ayurvedic Anatomy and Physiology I.
  3. AY 103: Ayurvedic Anatomy and Physiology II.
  4. AY 104: Ayurvedic Psychology.
  5. AY 105: Ayurvedic Nutrition and Food Science.
  6. AY 106: Ayurvedic Phamacology.
  7. AY 107: Ayurvedic Pathology.
  8. AY 108: Ayurvedic Constitutional Pulse Evaluation and Clinical Assessment .
  9. AY 109: Ayurvedic Constitutional Pulse Evaluation and Clinical Assessment .
  10. AY 110: Ayurvedic Detoxification Program I (PanchakarmaI) Practicum in-person.
  11. AY 111: Ayurvedic Management of Common Disorders.
  12. AY 112: Ayurvedic Colloquium.

    (Section B: Ayurvedic Practice Management and Ethics)s.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English or Spanish, depending on course.
  • Minimum of high school diploma or general equivalency diploma.
